PBR Stampede Days Recap: Gamblers Go 3-0 While Nashville and New York Have Their Best Weekends of 2025 Season
Stampede Days was undoubtedly the most exciting PBR Teams weekend of the 2025 season.
The highlight was the Austin Gamblers ending the Arizona Ridge Riders’ nine-game winning streak on Sunday afternoon with a commanding 342.25 to 166.25 victory, despite missing their star Jose Vitor Leme. Dalton Kasel stepped up as the closer, going 3-for-3 and extending the Gamblers’ win streak to six. The Ridge Riders, however, still hold the top spot at 9-2, with the Gamblers close behind at 8-3.
The hometown Nashville Stampede gave fans something to cheer about, going 2-1 on the weekend with back-to-back walk-off wins by Cody Jesus, his first ever. The Stampede now sit at 4-7, showing signs this could end up as the best regular season in franchise history.
Meanwhile, the New York Mavericks bounced back from a rough start, improving to 3-8 thanks to two strong wins powered by closer Marco Rizzo and leadoff man Bob Mitchell.
Another standout performance came from the Texas Rattlers, who delivered a perfect game and scored a season-high 428.25 points. The Rattlers are tied for third with Florida Freedom at 7-4, and coincidentally, those are the only two teams with a perfect game this season.
