ProRodeo Hall of Fame Announces 2025 Induction Class

The 2025 ProRodeo Hall of Fame class features a wide range of inductees, from World Champions and NFR veterans to industry leaders and other standout contributors from across rodeo.

This year’s inductees include tie-down roper and 2008 World Champion Stran Smith, 1996 Team Roping World Champion Steve Purcella, and 2000 Bareback Riding World Champion Jeff Collins. Joining them are three-time NFR Average winner in the saddle bronc Tom Miller, two-time NFR bullfighter and 1982 Wrangler World Champion Skipper Voss, and Mack Altizer, the owner of Bad Company Rodeo.

The class also includes the late Harley Tucker, a producer and stock contractor who helped found Chief Joseph Days in Oregon, Willy, the steer wrestling horse who helped four cowboys win gold buckles, and WPRA legends Joyce (Burk) Loomis Kernek and Pam Minick.

The Livermore (Calif.) Rodeo Committee will be enshrined as well, along with Red Steagall, the 2025 recipient of the Ken Stemler Pioneer Award.

Induction ceremonies will take place at 10 a.m. (MT) on July 12 at the PRORODEO Hall of Fame in Colorado Springs, Colo.
