Athletes to Watch in Bracket 3 of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo

The Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo continues Wednesday night on The Cowboy Channel and Cowboy Channel+. See who made an impact in Round 1 and who’s set to shine in Round 2.

BAREBACK RIDING 

Bradlee Miller – In January, Miller won almost $19,000, which has him sitting No. 1 in the PRCA World Standings. His last five rides have all been 84.5 points or better, including 87.5 on his first horse in Fort Worth. 

Orin Larsen – Larsen finished third in the Finals at the National Western and was 84.5 points on Cool Hand Luke in Bracket 3, Round 1.

STEER WRESTLING 

Stetson Jorgensen – Jorgensen’s last three qualified times have been 4.2 or faster. He was 4 flat to tie for the win in Round 1 of Bracket 3. 

Cash Robb – Robb won the NFR Average in his debut in 2024 and was 4.3 on his first steer in Funkytown. 

Gavin Soileau – Soileau picked up arguably the biggest win of his career in Denver and followed it up with a tie for the win in Round 1 with Jorgensen. 

TEAM ROPING 

Cody Snow/Hunter Koch – This NFR pair is looking to bounce back after two no times at the National Western and a 14.7 on their first one in Fort Worth.

SADDLE BRONC RIDING 

Brody Cress – The eight-time NFR qualifier went 90.5 on his first horse in Fort Worth. One of two 90s Tuesday night. 

Kolby Wanchuk – The three-time NFR qualifier was the other 90, which is usually good for a round win. 

Zac Dallas – Dallas won both his Semifinal and the Finals at the National Western and was 87 points for for fourth on Tuesday night.

TIE-DOWN ROPING 

Tom Crouse – The 23-year-old is No. 11 in the 2025 PRCA World Standings and made the Finals in Denver. 

BARREL RACING 

Carlee Otero – After returning to the NFR for the first time in a decade last season, Otero won the National Western to start 2025. 

BULL RIDING  

Jake Lockwood – Lockwood is No. 3 in the PRCA World Standings and has ridden 5-of-6 bulls entering Fort Worth.
