Athletes to Watch in Bracket 4 of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo

The action heats up Thursday night as the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo moves into its fourth of seven brackets.
BAREBACK RIDING
Jayco Roper – Roper finished third at the National Western and his final two rides were both 85.5 points. He has seven straight rides of 82 or better.
STEER WRESTLING
Rowdy Parrott – Parrott is No. 17 in the World but hasn’t won a check toward the 2025 season since Oct. 12. He finished a career-best No. 5 in the World in 2024.
TEAM ROPNG
Tyler Wade/Wesley Thorp – The reigning World Champions competed for the first time in 2025 at the National Western but came up with two no times.
SADDLE BRONC RIDING
Wyatt Casper – Casper made three rides of 83.5 points or better on his way to a sixth place finish in Denver.
TIE-DOWN ROPING
Haven Meged – Three of Meged’s four runs in Denver were 8.5 seconds or faster and he is now No. 1 in the World after winning more than $5,000.
John Douch – Douch is No. 2 in the World, but did not win any money in Denver.
BARREL RACING
Hailey Kinsel – Kinsel won $3,581 in her season debut at the National Western. She finished No. 2 in the World in 2024.
Jordan Driver – Driver finished second at the National Western and won more than $9,000 there.
BULL RIDING
Hayes Weight – Weight’s most recent rodeo was a second place finish at the Cinch World’s Toughest Rodeo in North Carolina.
T Parker – Parker made the 2023 NFR and is back in the mix after riding two in Denver.
